Who are the leaders of the church?

IRPC is led by two groups of people: staff and elders.

Staff: These men and women who are the most visible leaders in our church. Some are paid and some are volunteer. Each is given responsibility to manage a certain ministry that helps us grow in our relationship with Jesus.

Elders: These men and women are elected each year by the church. As a team, they work together to be the primary shepherds/leaders of our church. They make spiritual and strategic decisions that promote our spiritual health and further our effectiveness in our mission.
